Now that we have finished our basketball unit of study, and we have participated in numerous skill development drills, learned new vocabulary, new skills and put it all together physically, it is time for us to test our knowledge of the game as a whole. Remember that James Naismith invented the game of basketball and look how far the game has come since it's incorporation as a sport known around the world. Using multimedia outlets, you have the choice of creating a PowerPoint presentation, a song, a video or a written report to complete this assignment of analyzing one skill set which was taught during the course of the unit. For example, dribbling would be one skill that could be used to do your final project on. You have the option to work alone or with a partner, but if you work with a partner, I expect a written sheet describing what each of you were responsible for within the project. This project will be due Wednesday, April 14th.
